Refund Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with any Carolina Plantation product, please call (877) 742-3496 within 30 days of your purchase date. We will gladly ship out a replacement product or refund your order. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Items ordered through the Carolina Plantation website ship within two to three days of purchase. All standard domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Expedited domestic orders are shipped in one or two days via FedEx Express. For international orders, please call (877) 742-3496 for more information about shipping rates.
Please note: Out-of-state orders will not be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
